ED’s Chief Technical Officer Rovshan Ahmadov manages and coordinates the work of all IT departments in the group of companies. He plans the rational distribution of IT resources to meet ED’s development strategy and business plans, organizes the operation of IT infrastructure and technical support for the information systems, software and hardware used in the company, and is responsible for service management and quality control.
Before coming to Eurodesign, Rovshan Ahmadov held the following positions at bp Azerbaijan: regional information technology manager, telecommunications operations manager, office information technology infrastructure manager, operations manager, official back office manager, digital security coordinator and field information technology engineer. He was an information technology engineer at AIOC, an information technology system engineer at CSVG Ltd, and a computer centre information technology support engineer.
