Our client had to overcome the challenges of installing centralized telecoms and IT equipment at the Heydar Aliyev Oil Refinery. They had to redefine customer support requirements and install a working solution that would provide high-quality services to the refinery, meeting SOCAR’s needs.
As part of engineering of the telecommunications and IT services for the upgrade of the refinery, ED has installed equipment of world-recognized manufacturers such as CISCO, BOSCH, Hytera, Siemens and Industronic. Another area of ED’s work was the modernization of the entire IT infrastructure of the existing shop and plant and its integration into the new system, according to the requirements of our client.
